Service and Maintenance of Teradyne Spectrum Test Systems

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is seeking information from companies capable of providing full service maintenance and repair of two Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Series Test Systems. The test systems are used to functionally test Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and higher level systems, and the contractor will be required to provide trained personnel, management, labor, tools, parts, and other necessary items to perform preventative maintenance, service, and routine repair. The contractor will also be required to provide replacement parts, software updates, and on-call service. The work will be performed onsite at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport, and the contractor will be required to follow procedures outlined by the original equipment manufacturer. Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing preventative maintenance and repair services for the two Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Series Test Systems • Providing replacement parts and software updates • Providing on-call service and support • Following procedures outlined by the original equipment manufacturer • Providing a list of contractor-owned electronic devices in advance of the arrival of service personnel • Ensuring that all contractor personnel are citizens of the United States of America
