Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide removal of old signs and installation of new, high-quality graphics on existing "Welcome to Strike Country" signs located across 2BCT's footprint at Fort Bliss, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the work. The period of performance shall be for 15 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Federal Law, Texas State Law, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and installation regulations.
• The contractor shall provide a project schedule and a detailed breakdown of proposal, including a clear breakdown of all materials, equipment, labor, and costs.
• The contractor shall ensure that all personnel meet all applicable federal, state, local, and installation certification, licensing, medical requirements, and qualifications to perform all assigned tasks and functions.
• The contractor shall comply with all safety and health requirements, including 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926, and Army Corps of Engineers Manual 385-1-1.
• The contractor shall provide a safety plan and ensure that all personnel comply with applicable installation access, traffic, and security regulations.
