Bilingual Speech/Language Evaluations (Spanish)

The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide bilingual (English/Spanish) speech‑language evaluations for K‑12 students who are English‑language learners. The contractor must conduct culturally and linguistically appropriate assessments, produce comprehensive reports, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings, all while complying with IDEA, NJ administrative code, FERPA, and district policies. The contract runs for one year (July 2026 – June 2027) and will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal based on technical, management, and cost criteria. • Conduct full bilingual speech‑language evaluations (record review, testing, scoring, reporting). • Provide all required materials, travel to district sites, and attend IEP/identification meetings. • Submit flat‑fee per evaluation proposals; vendor must hold NJ DOE Speech‑Language Specialist certification and be fluent in Spanish.
