Maintenance and Operations Facility Wash Port and Streetcar

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a consultant to provide design services for the extension of Track #5 and the construction of a streetcar wash port at the Maintenance and Operations Facility (MOF). The scope of work includes providing construction documents, permitting, and special inspections for the track extension and wash port design. The consultant will also be responsible for designing and permitting two new OCS poles with attached lights along the project's western boundary. The City is looking for a consultant with experience in similar projects and a strong understanding of the project requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Extending Track #5 by approximately 190 feet • Designing a streetcar wash port to provide overhead cover for light maintenance activities • Providing construction documents, permitting, and special inspections for the track extension and wash port design • Designing and permitting two new OCS poles with attached lights The City is seeking a consultant who can provide a comprehensive and well-organized proposal that meets the requirements outlined in the RFQ.
