Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA). The ESS includes Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supervision, and services to ensure the IDS and ACS systems remain fully operational. The contract has a base year and 4 option years, with a total period of performance of 5 years. The contractor must have experience with DAQ Electronics' SMS system and have a minimum of 2 years of experience with the installation and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Performing monthly and every six-month preventive maintenance inspections of ICIDS-V IDS
* Repairing and maintaining ESS components
* Installing, repairing, and maintaining Automated Gate Systems
* Maintaining the operation of AI phone systems
* Providing 24/7/365 emergency technical support
* The contractor must also have a Program Manager and a Site Manager/Engineering Technician on site.
