The contractor must provide pricing for all items, including 150 white garden resin folding chairs, one large tent, and one 12ft - 3 stall restroom trailer. * The ceremony will take place on September 3, 2026. * The contractor must deliver and set up the equipment on September 2, 2026, between 9am and 3pm. * The contractor must break down and pick up the equipment on September 4, 2026, between 9am and 3pm. * The contractor must provide a cover sheet with the quote package, including the company name, point of contact, and DUNS number. * The contractor must be a small business concern, as defined by the Small Business Administration. * The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and data protection.
