Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking proposals from experienced cost-estimating firms for various projects, including convention centers, museums, theaters, schools, parks, campus centers, and sports complexes. The selected consultants will be assigned project-specific task orders on an as-needed basis. The services include project budgeting, construction cost estimating, value engineering, cost control estimates, bid tabulation reviews, cost analysis, and claims analysis.
• The contract will be for a term of three years with one two-year renewal option.
• The proposal should include a technical and financial proposal.
• The technical proposal should include an executive summary, offeror experience and qualifications, personnel experience and qualifications, work plan, and other required submissions.
• The financial proposal should include a completed financial proposal form and proof of insurance.
• The evaluation criteria will include technical evaluation criteria, such as understanding of the project, experience and qualifications of the offeror, and work capacity, as well as financial evaluation criteria, such as the proposed fee.
