Commercial Janitorial Services

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking a vendor to provide commercial janitorial services for its four office locations. The services include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfecting, and rug spot removal. The vendor must provide its own supplies and equipment. The contract is for an initial term of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The evaluation criteria include description of services, experience and credentials, background, and cost of services. • The Coalition operates with a $100 million budget and serves over 30,000 children and their families. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of any nationally recognized cleaning industry certification. • The vendor must agree to the Coalition's standard contract terms and conditions. • The vendor must certify that it is not involved in any agreement to pay money or other consideration for the execution of this agreement. • The vendor must certify that it has not divulged, discussed, or compared this bid with any other bidder.
