Preventive Maintenance and Repair service for the Cryo-Cooler components of a Bruker Biospec 47/40 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) unit (base year plus two possible one-year option years)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking information from potential vendors for a Preventive Maintenance and Repair service for the Cryo-Cooler components of a Bruker Biospec 47/40 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) unit. The service is required for a base year plus two possible one-year option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site planned preventive maintenance, calibration, and certification of the instrument, as well as unlimited on-site corrective maintenance and repairs. The contractor must provide certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs and maintenance, and must have access to the manufacturer's latest technical developments, repair procedures, and diagnostic software. • The service must be performed by formally trained and OEM-certified technicians/engineers with experience servicing the instrument. • The contractor must provide unlimited priority access to technical support Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. • The contractor must provide a copy of a field service report/ticket after each preventive maintenance service visit. • The contractor must demonstrate its ability to meet the minimum performance requirements, including providing information about its company, its experience with similar services, and its ability to initiate service within a two-day response-time requirement.
