OPW 54775: MRWRRF HVAC Replacement

The City of Omaha is seeking bids from qualified companies for the replacement of an MAU at the Vehicle Maintenance Garage and providing a new, dedicated MAU for the MRWRRF Admin Building Laboratory Space. The project also includes upgrades to the chiller, condenser, MAU, and hot water systems at the MRWRRF Administration Building. The scope of work includes demolition, electrical power connections, and alternates.
