Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide TempTrak service at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. The contractor will work with the Healthcare Technology Management service to establish necessary protocols for remote maintenance of the TempTrak system and provide a Platinum level !CARE Plus service contract. The contract includes an annual on-site visit and 24/7 remote support. The contractor must provide all materials and services necessary for the contract, including 1,000 voice notification services. The contract has a base year and four option years. Key responsibilities include providing remote maintenance, on-site calibration, and troubleshooting, as well as providing a written report of services performed.
