Description
Prairie View A&M University is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Event Production Services in support of major university programs, ceremonies, and special events. The selected contractor will provide professional event production support including planning, technical production, audiovisual services, staging, and event staffing.
• Examples of similar event production services performed within the last five years
• Resumes or biographies of key staff who will be assigned to the contract
• A detailed cost breakdown for proposed services
• Ability to adhere to all applicable safety, fire, and accessibility compliance requirements
• Experience supporting large-scale events for universities, governmental entities, or comparable organizations
