Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking bids for standby Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) storm line inspection services. The services will be administered through written task orders issued by the City. The contractor will be required to perform CCTV inspections, video capture, PACP coding, reporting, condition assessment, and related data deliverables. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in performing CCTV inspections of stormwater, sanitary, or comparable underground pipeline systems. The contractor must also have a certified NASSCO PACP inspector on staff.
• The contract will be for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days from the Bid Submission Deadline.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor will be required to submit a bid that includes a unit price for each service.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The City reserves the right to amend, clarify, postpone, cancel, reject, reissue, or discontinue this Solicitation at any time prior to final award.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
• The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor will be required to comply with the City's procurement policy and procedures.
