Description
The County of Camden seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, and routine maintenance of fire‑suppression systems across all county‑owned facilities and participating outside agencies under the CCCPS framework. The work includes full coverage of sprinkler, foam, and related suppression equipment, delivery of all labor, materials, permits, and fees to each site, and compliance with New Jersey prevailing‑wage, insurance, and statutory requirements. The contract is a one‑year, firm‑price agreement with the potential for extensions or quantity adjustments up to 20 % without renegotiation.
