Description

The Ector County Independent School District (ECISD) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations or agencies to provide a high-quality, evidence-based student behavioral intervention curriculum. The program should support students in compliance with Texas House Bill 114 (HB 114) and provide instruction aligned with Texas Education Code §29.906, including character education standards, responsible decision-making, and bullying prevention. The selected curriculum must be capable of serving students across multiple grade levels and be delivered through flexible implementation models. • The program must be research-informed, developmentally appropriate, and differentiated for elementary, middle, and high school students. • The program must include the ability to document student participation, completion, and outcomes for district records, disciplinary documentation, and compliance monitoring. • The program must allow assignment for individual students, small groups, or campus-wide prevention efforts as determined by the District. • The program should include optional parent engagement or parent notification components to support student behavior change and prevention.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific budget or pricing information. However, considering the scope of the project, which involves providing a comprehensive student behavioral intervention curriculum to a large school district, the budget could potentially be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the complexity of the program, the number of students served, and the level of support required. The district's budget, the vendor's expertise, and the level of competition in the bidding process may influence the final budget.
