Description
The Town of Marion is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of approved FY2026 CDBG project(s). The scope of work includes preparing project cost estimates, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening and construction contract execution, and performing construction inspection. The Town encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.
• The proposal should include qualifications of persons assigned to the project
• Information regarding the firm's experience and previous projects
• Capacity for performance, including the number and title of staff assigned to provide services
• The contract will be on a fixed price basis
• The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals
