Closed Captioning and Transcription Services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide closed captioning and transcription services. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide a web-based portal for uploading files for transcription and to ensure that all transcripts and captions meet the requirements for 508 compliance. The contractor will also be required to provide both transcripts and captions for every request.
