GSA FLeet Lease Vehicle Auction and Marshalling Services Holbrook, AZ

The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from vendors who can provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for Government vehicles. The services are required on or about April 1, 2026 – March 30, 2027, in Holbrook, AZ. The vendor must be located within 50 miles of the Holbrook, AZ area and be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. The scope of work includes tasks such as advising the government on optimal disposition strategy, performing full vehicle inspections, creating and executing marketing plans, and providing customer service to bidders and buyers. Some key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Advising the government on optimal disposition strategy for individual exchange/sale-eligible vehicles • Performing full vehicle inspections and ensuring complete condition reporting • Creating and executing marketing plans to catalog vehicles and announce vehicle sales to the public • Providing customer service to bidders and buyers throughout the sales process • Facilitating and performing payment collection process • Transporting vehicles to and from vendor locations • Preparing vehicles for public inspection and final sales/disposition
