Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking bids for grounds maintenance at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026. Bidders must attend a mandatory on-site visit on either June 23 or June 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The bid submission deadline is July 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for grounds maintenance.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to large facilities.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and certifications as required by the state of Texas.
• The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
