Organizational Change Management Service

The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide Organizational Change Management services. The selected vendors will be added to a Qualified Vendor List and may be considered for project-specific contracts. The scope of work includes leading, managing, and executing Organizational Change Management services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with two 1-year options to extend. • The City is looking for vendors with demonstrated experience and expertise in Organizational Change Management. • The selected vendors will be required to provide services on a project-by-project basis. • The City reserves the right to cancel or modify the solicitation at any time. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the City. • The City is seeking vendors who can provide a comprehensive approach to Organizational Change Management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
