The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its residence‑hall, apartment, and quad housing during the summer months, covering move‑out/move‑in deep cleans, post‑conference “wipe‑downs,” and optional targeted cleanings. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year base term with the possibility of four additional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years of service. Vendors must supply labor, supplies, equipment, safety documentation, background‑check compliance, and adhere to green‑product preferences.
• Full‑clean (move‑out/move‑in) of 200 Quad rooms, 31 2‑BR suites, 76 double suites, 6 4‑BR suites, 94 2‑BR apartments, 48 4‑BR apartments, plus other dormitory spaces.
• Additional “wipe‑down” cleanings after summer conferences, plus optional bathroom‑only, kitchen‑only, and partial‑space services.
• Required performance bond if projected cost > $50 K; compliance with OK Title 61 O.S. 113.B, E‑Verify, background checks, key‑control, and sustainability guidelines.
