Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking qualified firms to provide digital assets for the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa. The scope includes creation, delivery, and possible ongoing support of graphic, 3‑D, and interactive media assets required for casino branding, signage, marketing, and guest‑experience applications. Bidders must submit hourly rates (when applicable), detailed work effort, delivery schedules, and any exceptions or qualifications. The solicitation is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations, possible CNGC licensing, and bonding requirements for contracts exceeding $100,000. All proposals must be accompanied by a signed Non‑Disclosure Agreement and a copy of the bidder’s TERO certificate.
