Description

The conference will be held virtually on November 17-18, 2026, and is expected to attract over 1,000 attendees. Sponsors can choose from three sponsorship levels: Presenting Sponsor ($10,000), Platinum Sponsor ($5,000), and Gold Sponsor ($3,000). Each level offers various benefits, including company branding, logo on the conference website, participation in the virtual exhibit hall, and complimentary conference registrations. The selected sponsors will be required to provide payment within 30 days of notification and comply with various regulations and laws, including non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity requirements. • The conference will feature informative presenter-led panel sessions and dynamic welcome and keynote speakers. • The sponsorship packages include different levels of branding and recognition. • The sponsors will have access to a virtual vendor exhibit space and a raffle opportunity. • The Personnel Cabinet reserves the right to cancel or reject responses that are deemed not to be in the best interest of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. • The selected sponsors will be required to disclose any final determination of a violation of certain statutes within the previous five years.
