Custodial Services for the Bob Crane Community Center and Other City Buildings

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for the Bob Crane Community Center and other city buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing supervision, labor, cleaning supplies, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the custodial and support services in a workmanlike and acceptable manner. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the successful proposer will be required to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its employees, and agents from any liability for claims, damages, losses, and expenses.
