RFP Notice: Operation of Vending Machines at the East Brunswick Ice Arena

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting proposals for the operation of vending machines at the East Brunswick Ice Arena. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing and maintaining vending machines at the ice arena. The RFP responses must be made on the standard proposal forms included with the specifications and delivered in sealed envelopes. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the Township of East Brunswick Municipal Clerk. • The proposer must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws or regulations. • The proposer must submit written questions and inquiries by email to [email protected] no later than five (5) business days prior to the RFP opening date. • The proposer must deliver the proposal in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with the RFP title name, bearing the name and address of the respondent on the outside and addressed to the Township of East Brunswick Municipal Clerk.
