Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease approximately 12,200 square feet of usable area for a term of 10 years. The leased space will be used by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) for a client/customer service office. The proposed location should be in Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Wilmington, Winchester, or Woburn, with access to public transportation. The proposer must agree to substantially complete all improvements to meet the general specifications, including the design and installation of various systems, such as security, electrical, and plumbing. The proposal should include information about the proposed premises, including the location, size, and condition of the space, as well as the proposer's experience and qualifications.
