PWP CL-2026-230) (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - ARFF STATION IMPROVEMENTS AT LAS

The project involves the demolition of the existing Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) building and the construction of a new ARFF facility at Harry Reid International Airport. The work includes miscellaneous site improvements, such as new concrete aprons and asphalt parking areas, new concrete pads to support fire department training props, site utilities, and new site and building-mounted lighting. The project is subject to various federal provisions, including the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, and Affirmative Action. The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. • The project requires the contractor to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract price. • The contractor must also furnish a payment bond for 100% of the contract price. • The project is anticipated to be awarded on June 2, 2026. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. • The contractor must also comply with the requirements of the Nevada State Contractors Board.
