The Oregon Department of the State Fire Marshal is issuing this Request for Information to solicit information from entities regarding available services, tools, and processes for remediating PDF documents to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The goal is to identify potential partners to support the remediation of over 500 PDFs on the OSFM website by April 24, 2026. Respondents are asked to provide information on their qualifications, estimated timeline, quality assurance procedures, and cost structure for completing a project of this type and scale.
