Description
The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System (MTRS) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to explore the current market landscape for pension administration systems (PAS). The RFI is for informational and planning purposes only, and MTRS is not obligated to issue a solicitation or include any RFI provisions or responses in a future solicitation. Respondents are invited to respond to any or all of the questions in the RFI document. The RFI includes questions about the company's experience, solution overview, implementation and migration, support, integration and compatibility, security and compliance, accessibility standards, customization and flexibility, client base and references, licensing and pricing, and artificial intelligence and automation.
• The RFI is available on the COMMBUYS website.
• Responses must be submitted through the COMMBUYS system.
• The deadline for responses is February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• MTRS may follow up with select vendors for clarification or additional information.
