Description
The U.S. Air Force at Robins Air Force Base requires a Honeywell Vindicator‑certified contractor to install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) in Building 2078, Room 118. The work includes design, wiring, hardware installation, integration with existing network and BDOC, UPS provisioning, and configuration of Vindicator V3 software. The contractor must hold at least three years of Vindicator installation experience and maintain current certification. All work must comply with DoD, AF, and intelligence community security standards. The contract is contingent on future fund availability; delivery is expected within 90 days after award.
• Install Honeywell Vindicator IDS and Vindicator V3 ACS in specified rooms.
• Provide all required cabling, conduit (mostly concealed), and network switches (contract‑furnished if needed).
• Connect system to East Campus and Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC).
• Ensure UPS runtime of minimum 4 hours for panels and workstations.
• No furniture or badge‑manager workstation required.
• Contractor must be Vindicator certified with ≥3 years experience.
• All work must meet DODM 5200.01, DAFMAN 16‑1404, AFI 31‑101, ICD‑705, and related specifications.
