The State of North Dakota is seeking qualified vendors to supply up to 50 brand‑new 15‑passenger cutaway vans (including driver) that meet detailed FMVSS, ADA, and Buy‑America specifications. The contract is a one‑year cooperative‑purchasing agreement (June 1 2026 – June 1 2027) with firm‑fixed pricing for the first 60 days and a 180‑ to 300‑day delivery window after each purchase order.
