CALL FOR PROPERTY MAINT. & LAWN CARE CONTACTORS

The City of Columbus, Department of Development is seeking proposals from experienced Property Maintenance and Lawn Care Contractors to maintain approximately 1,300 properties located throughout the City. The parcels are primarily single-family residential lots ranging in size from less than 1,000 sq. ft. to over an acre, with an average size of 5,000 sq. ft. The selected contractors may receive contracts for one or more of the three separate Service Areas. • The City's Land Bank Program continuously sells and acquires new parcels, so the list of properties to maintain may change throughout the contract period. • A current list of the lots is provided in Exhibit A, along with a map of the Service Areas. • The City requires SBE participation, and the contractors must provide a performance bond and a bid bond. • The contract may last as long as the Land Bank Program maintains the properties.
