The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Cummins Inc. for the Tri-Annual Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) Load Test at the Las Vegas VA Medical Center. The contractor will perform a load test on the EPSS to verify its reliability, capacity, performance, and operational readiness. The test will involve a total loss of normal utility power and will last for at least four hours.
