Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking a qualified vendor to supply refurbished Dell PowerEdge R750 servers and provide a comprehensive 5‑year, 24 × 7, 4‑hour on‑site warranty support service. Two “LIB” configuration servers and four “PRO” configuration servers are required, each meeting detailed hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, storage, RAID, networking, iDRAC licensing, etc.). All equipment must be delivered FOB to the City’s IT facility by October 31, 2026, and the warranty must cover on‑site service throughout the contract term. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with consideration given to prior experience and references.
