Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) Solicitation

The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a contractor to provide Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) for all U.S. Government-owned official vehicles located at the Embassy. The contract will be for a one-year period, and the contractor must provide insurance coverage and management of related services. The contractor will also be required to furnish all managerial and administrative support necessary to furnish the insurance under this contract. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing third party liability insurance coverage for all vehicles listed in the contract • Managing related services, including claims and legal assistance • Furnishing managerial and administrative support • Submitting reports, including monthly status reports and semi-annual reports • Updating a list of all vehicles covered under the contract.
