The Village of Oak Park is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a one‑year renewal of specific Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) licenses at the quantities listed. This is a straightforward price‑only solicitation; the vendor must submit a signed PDF pricing table by the deadline. No substitutions are allowed, and the Village will award to the most advantageous bidder based primarily on price.
• Licenses required: Entra ID P1 (460), Office 365 G1 (270), Office 365 G3 (190), Intune Plan 1 (100), Power BI Pro (40).
• All licenses are for a single 12‑month term, GCC environment, with the Village exempt from Illinois sales and occupational taxes.
• Submission must be emailed as a PDF to itr[email protected] by 27 Feb 2026, 4 PM CT; the Village will evaluate and award after board approval.
