Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide lodging-in-kind with meals for the 377th Military Police Company. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to accomplish the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is 29 March – 01 April 2025. The contractor shall provide lodging and meals for the military service members at a facility within a 30-mile radius of the unit's home station in Cincinnati, OH. The lodging facility shall have a minimum of 10 double occupancy rooms and 1 single occupancy room, with each room containing a television with cable access, internet access, iron and iron board, and alarm clock. The contractor shall also provide three meals per day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in accordance with Army Regulation 30-22.
• The contractor shall provide a healthy balanced meal for each meal.
• The contractor shall follow all local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines for food preparation and transportation.
• The contractor shall provide all utensils, plates, napkins, etc. for each meal.
• The contractor shall have a room capacity that can accommodate the number of military service members being provided meals at each respective location.
• The contractor shall provide a rooming roster to the government no later than 7 calendar days before checking in.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable fire and safety codes and regulations.
