The Orange County Department of Education seeks a qualified staffing firm to supply a pool of pre‑screened, on‑call temporary personnel for a broad array of positions—including administrative, legal, accounting, technology, and school‑based roles such as nurses, para‑educators, and speech‑language pathologists—on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must meet rapid response timelines, provide candidates who are fingerprinted, TB‑cleared, and I‑9 compliant, and honor a three‑day “no‑charge guarantee” for unsuitable assignments. The contract is a one‑year base term with up to four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years) and requires the vendor to bear all screening costs and maintain extensive insurance coverage.
• Provide 3 qualified candidates within 2 business days for admin/legal/accounting requests; 3 candidates within 5 days for tech roles; 3 candidates within 7 days for specialized positions.
• No subcontracting allowed; vendors may bid on any subset of the listed categories.
