Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source purchase order to Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC for the provision of QGenda On Call Physician Scheduling Web Based Services. The services will be used at the Charleston VA Medical Center and will include advanced scheduling automation. The procurement will be conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement must submit a written capability statement.
• The capability statement must include business name, UEI, socioeconomic status
• Evidence of authorization to provide QGenda products
• Demonstration of ability to meet the interoperability requirements with VOCERA
• Demonstrated capacity to meet VA information security and performance requirements
The estimated value for the base and all option years is not expected to exceed $550,000.
