SCRAM Remote Alcohol Monitoring Services

Tarrant County’s Veterans Treatment Court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) services for court participants. The contract is for a twelve‑month period with an option to renew up to three additional one‑year terms. Services include enrollment of participants, installation and removal of monitoring equipment, continuous alcohol monitoring, secure electronic reporting, violation and tampering notifications, equipment support, and access to monitoring records.
