Liquid Oxygen, Medical Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen & Argon Gases

The City of Denton is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide water treatment chemicals, Liquid Oxygen, Medical Oxygen, and other gases. The contract will be a term agreement with orders placed on an as-needed basis. The successful firm(s) will be required to provide a range of products and services, including water treatment chemicals, Liquid Oxygen, Medical Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen, and Argon. The evaluation criteria will include probable performance, compliance with specifications, and price. Some of the key requirements include: • Providing water treatment chemicals meeting NSF certification standards • Delivering Liquid Oxygen and Medical Oxygen to various City facilities • Providing Acetylene, Nitrogen, and Argon to the Fire Department • Meeting specific product purity and impurity limits • Providing on-site response within 24 hours of City notification • Submitting NSF certification and SDS sheets with proposal • Providing a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each delivery
