Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for operated helicopter rental services in Alpine, Amador, El Dorado, Inyo, Mono, Placer, and San Bernardino Counties. The contractor will provide a fully operated and maintained commercial rotorcraft-helicopter for transport and use of the DaisyBell avalanche control system. The contractor must meet minimum qualifications, including having a valid Commercial Rotorcraft License and a Class I or Class II FAA Medical Certificate. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all specifications.
