Description
The City of Palmdale is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide On-Call Multiple Disciplinary Professional Services for various projects, including civil engineering, traffic engineering, architectural design, landscape architecture, environmental services, project management, construction management, and more. The selected consultants will provide services on an as-needed basis for a term of three years with two one-year options. The scope of work includes providing professional services for various City projects, attending project meetings, and coordinating with City departments and other stakeholders.
• The City is looking for consultants with experience in working with public agencies and providing services such as engineering feasibility studies, architectural design, landscape architecture, and construction management.
• The selected consultants will be required to have a full-time service office in Southern California and provide services in accordance with City codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• The consultants will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the necessary services.
• The City reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the minimum qualifications or requirements.
• The selected consultants will be required to enter into a contract with the City, which will include terms and conditions for the provision of services.
