Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources is seeking consulting firms to provide on‑call, demand‑driven services for a one‑year contract (with up to four optional one‑year renewals) across seven service categories covering water‑treatment plant design, water and sewer line engineering, watershed and storm‑water infrastructure, dam inspections, asset‑management and data‑management, programmatic rehabilitation, and a catch‑all specialized support category. The County will award separate contracts per category, preferring at least three firms for categories A‑F, and will evaluate proposals on qualifications (90 %) and fee schedule cost (10 %).
