Comprehensive Title IX, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Civil Rights Compliance Services

Metropolitan Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Title IX, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and civil rights compliance services. The selected contractor will supplement the College's internal resources by providing specialized expertise, independent review and resolution services, and technology solutions necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws. The scope of services includes compliance program administration, intake and case management, investigation services, hearing and adjudication services, informal resolution and mediation, training and prevention programming, policy and regulatory compliance, and executive consultation. The contractor will be required to provide a license to do business in the State of Missouri, exhibit experience in the field, and utilize only experienced personnel. The initial award is for a one-year period, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Some key services that the contractor will provide include: • Complaint intake and case management • Investigations • Hearings and appeals • Informal resolution and mediation • Training and prevention programming • Policy and regulatory compliance • Executive consultation The contractor will be expected to work closely with the College's stakeholders, including senior leadership, human resources, and campus administrators, to ensure that the College's compliance obligations are met.
