The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is issuing a sole‑source RFP for a five‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide enterprise‑wide digital access to 26 proprietary psychological assessment tools (e.g., WAIS, WISC, RBANS) and the Pearson Q‑Global platform. NCS Pearson, Inc. is the only source because it owns the intellectual property and there are no authorized resellers. The award will include a base year (Sep 15 2026 – Sep 14 2027) and up to four optional one‑year extensions, delivering unlimited assessment access via a cloud‑based SaaS model.
