The District is seeking vendors to supply a comprehensive catalog of event‑rental supplies and equipment, including but not limited to the 18 items listed on the pricing sheet, with the flexibility to propose additional items. Bidders must submit an all‑inclusive, single price per item that covers FOB destination shipping, setup, and any needed generators, prohibiting separate charges for after‑hours delivery, cancellations, or other ancillary services. The contract will allow the District to purchase any quantity of the listed items at the quoted price throughout the contract period.
• Provide a full‑color digital catalog for every item offered, detailing descriptions, images, dimensions, rates, rider age ranges, and maximum rider capacity.
• Prices must be all‑inclusive (FOB destination, setup, generators) with no separate line‑items for delivery or cancellation fees.
• Bidders may propose additional equipment beyond the 18‑item pricing sheet; the District may order any quantity at the quoted price.
• The signed addendum and complete bid (including catalog) must be uploaded to the NPS e‑sourcing platform by 12:00 p.m. EST on September 3, 2026.
