The Alaska Energy Authority seeks a qualified contractor to retrieve a single emergency generator from Tuluksak, Alaska, and ship it to the AEA warehouse in Anchorage. The work includes draining all fluids, securing the unit for barge transport, coordinating staging with the local community, and ensuring delivery by the first week of July 2026. The contract runs from May 1 2026 through August 7 2026, giving the contractor a defined performance window to complete all tasks.
• Remove and properly dispose of oil, coolant, and fuel from the Onan/Cummins generator.
• Secure and stage the generator for pickup by a barge service, coordinating with community contacts.
• Transport the generator by barge to Anchorage and deliver to the AEA warehouse (2601 Commercial Dr.) by early July 2026, providing a net FOB‑destination price that includes all costs.
