Description
The Division of Insurance is seeking legal services for counsel and representation in regard to examination, administrative supervision, rehabilitation, conservation, and liquidation of certain regulated insurers. The selected bidder will provide legal services on an hourly basis, with the hourly rate to be determined based on the bidder's proposal. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that best meets the needs of the Division of Insurance.
