Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking sources capable of providing dry-dock repair services for the USCG STA MAYPORT (45644) vessel. The work will include general welding, ultrasonic testing, hull plating inspection, and other tasks. Interested contractors will be required to provide all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and personnel to perform the dry-dock repairs at their own facility. The anticipated period of performance is 99 calendar days.

• General Welding
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Hull Plating (U/W Body) inspection
• Fendering System inspection
• Accessible Spaces inspection
• Diesel Fuel Tank cleaning and inspection
• Watertight Door and Hatches inspection and adjustment
• Main Diesel Engine(s) and Reduction Gear(s) removal and installation
The contractors are expected to provide past performance information, business size, and other relevant documentation.
